Goods and Shipping

Postal costs - All orders below £9.99 - £1.29, Orders between £10.00 - £19.99 - £1.99, £20.00 - £39.99 - £3.99 , Orders between £40.00 - £99.99 - £5.99 , Orders over £100.00 £7.99. Delivery
Subject to availability we aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. Where delivery charges are not free the charge will be based on weight of the product and the packaging materials required for safe delivery. The full cost of these charges will be displayed next to the item and included in the purchase price.
Damaged Goods
Should you receive goods that arrive damaged you must advise us within seven days of receipt by email. The goods should be returned by a courier that issues a tracking number.
Faulty Goods
If goods are deemed faulty please return within seven days and a full refund will be given or replacement goods supplied.
Cancellation Rights
Under the UK's "Distance Selling Regulations", you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, simply advise us in writing detailing your Name, Address and give the reason "Cancellation of Contract".
Cancellation Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if boxed, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be given immediately upon receipt of the goods at our premises. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely and sent with a courier on a sign for service. In the event of a cancellation the Customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred.

If you think that Bond Bowls is not adhering to its Privacy Statement then in the first instance you can either send an email from the menu item "services" or write to us. details for correspondence can be found under menu item "contact us".
Collection of Information
The information collected on bondbowls.co.uk is stored securely in our database and is used only to fulfil your orders. All credit & debit card details are taken and processed by our secure payment provider ‘Sage Pay’. Bond bowls do not handle your card details and at no point have access to them. Sage Pay notify us when a successful payment is made. We will not seek to sell, share or rent this information to others in any way which differs from what is disclosed in this statement.
Order
We collect information on our website about the purchaser's order such as name, address and contact details. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil the purchaser's order. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the purchaser. It is also important to note that Bond Bowls does not receive or hold any credit card information for purchases at any time. Bond Bowls are only notified of the payment status of each order. All credit card details that are entered into sage pay are used for that single transaction only. At no time in this process does Bond Bowls have any access to the purchaser's credit card details.
