2. These Terms

By placing an order on www.bondbowls.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. We recommend you print or save a copy for your records.

3. Ordering

3.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.

3.3 All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

3.4 You must be 18 years of age or over to place an order on our website.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate (20%) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of ordering.

4.3 Payment is taken at the point of ordering. We accept payment via PayPal and Elavon Payment Gateway (credit and debit cards). All transactions are processed securely.

4.4 In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

5.2 Standard delivery charges are as follows:
– Orders under £40: £4.19
– Orders £40-£99.99: £6.99
– Orders £100 and over: FREE (UK Mainland)
– Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands: charges apply — see checkout for details

5.3 We deliver to UK addresses only. If you require international delivery please contact us directly.

5.4 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6.2 To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at chris@bondbowls.co.uk or call 01363 777795 within 14 days of receipt.

6.3 Returned goods must be in their original, unused and resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.

6.4 Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

6.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

6.6 Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty of Incorrect Goods

7.1 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

7.2 Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and product descriptions is the property of Bond Bowls or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

10.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
